We have team of cleaners who specialize in End of tenancy cleaning only. They are equipped with professional steam cleaners, hoovers, floor polishing machines, detergents and everything needed to bring your property to the standards required. We work with many London Estates Agents and we know their standards. Book this service with us and you can be sure that every square inch of your premises will be professionally cleaned. In the unlikely event that an End of tenancy cleaning does not meet the Inventory requirements we will reclean everything for FREE.

Provided that the length of the cleaning session is calculated by you the price is £12-15 per person per hour(labour only). If we provide all professional cleaning materials the price is £15-20 per person per hour. Provision of cleaning equipment(hover,buckets, mop,ladder,etc) is charged £40 additionally (parking, cong. charge incl). Minimum requirement 4 hours per person per visit. Carpet Steam cleaning is charged separately.

Please note that this kind of service is different from the above mentioned (specialised) end of tenancy cleaning as well as it is unsupervised by our management team.
